The Journey has been truly fortunate to have the support of exceptional staff leaders who dedicate nearly a month away from their spouses, partners, children, and friends to guide and mentor our young men. These leaders play an instrumental role in the success of this adventure, providing unwavering support as the boys navigate the challenges of the Journey.

While the Journey’s mission is to foster independence, self-assurance, and resilience, it also serves a deeper purpose. It encourages boys to return to the basics, trusting in the guidance of the adults around them. In turn, this experience reinforces the importance of a duty of care among the staff—building a bond rooted in trust, guidance, and mutual respect throughout this transformative journey.
